Day 1 begins with registration, lunch, poster presentations, and the TMG Annual General Meeting (AGM), providing an excellent opportunity to reconnect with colleagues old and new.

In recognition of Aberdeen's location and to accommodate delegates travelling from across the UK and further afield, the conference programme commences after midday, making same-day travel possible for many attendees.

Following a warm Scottish welcome and the official opening of TAC 2027, delegates will hear from leading manufacturers and suppliers before an invited plenary lecture. The afternoon concludes with a series of oral presentations showcasing the latest advances in thermal analysis and calorimetry from academia and industry alike.
