                                     JOINING

 

                                     Joining the TMG could not be easier. 

                                     If you are a member of the Royal Society of Chemistry, add the Thermal Methods as an interest group

                                     at your normal membership renewal date.

                                     If you are not a member of the Royal Society of Chemistry, you are still welcome whatever your    

                                     discipline and background interest. There are two categories; TMG Member and TMG Associate

                                     Member.  Both categories receive all the same benefits but Associate Membership is open to any

                                     Individual, even if they currently do not belong to a professional body.

 

                                     Subject areas of recent and upcoming meetings cover;

                                     Pharmaceuticals, Food, Geology, Aerospace, Ceramics, Environmental, Hazards and Safety,

                                     Polymers, Composites, Biological Materials etc., etc. using all the common thermal techniques as well 

                                     as more unusual ones. 

                                        

                                     The annual TAC conference in Spring covers a wide range of applications and techniques with

                                     ‘themed’ meetings every November.

 

                                     The cost is more than offset by the benefits of membership.

                                     Benefits include Certificates of Professional Development, reduced cost of attending meetings and

                                     training courses, plus additional support via the network of thermal analysts from a wide array of

                                     disciplines.
